    my problem is a little different. i used up the trial version of whenpigsfly and went ahead and bought it.problem is, i never got a confirmation email with the pass code to use the program. i tried to contact them every different way i could find and i always ended up looking at a useless list. did i wast my money or can i still use the program?

Update. Techs were great and gave me instructions on cleaning first When Pigs Fly out of my system and getting it properly downloaded. It now runs great.

Has anyone had this issue?

Update.
I followed some suggestions from the download page from some others players and the issue is resolved and Sherlock is working great. It was a 'settings' issue. Just changed my game to play on Medium.
Now to try to get a resolution for WhenPigsFly?????

First off, thank you for comments and suggestions.
In answer to your questions:

Crazyman, I was so excited that I had just ordered the 150 Club that I really dont know for sure if on Pigs if I did a run or download. I usually hit run and it puts it in my BadgeHelp folder very nicely but all it put in there was 3 bitmaps, no program. Re: Sherlock,  it is still in Temporary Mode as it has not played yet, just sits there. I planned to put the code in after it ran itself out like I did with other ottos Ive bought.

Stinkerbell, thank you for the heads up on Boardwalker. I believe I have the latest version as I just downloaded both of these last nite.

Joe C, Im using Win xp. Would love to give it an icon but cant find it..lol

Do you think it would be better if I just download Pigs again. Will I be able to re-register it? I havent registered Sherlock yet, do think I should re-download that one?

When Pigs Fly auto does not create a shortcut. You can create one yourself, if using Vista make sure to set it up (properties) "Run As Administrator"

First, to find When Pigs Fly, go to the folder you downloaded it in. Some autos (maybe that one) don't put an icon on your desktop or a folder in your start menu. BoardWalker is like that.

Secondly, regarding Sherlock. That one plays great for me, no problems. When did you download it? If you have an older version, you may need to download the updated version.

are you sure you downloaded whenpigsfly and didn't run it instead?  also, if you reinstall it you have the option to have it place a shortcut on desktop.  I do that and put all the shortcuts in a folder that I name BadgeHelp so I can find them all.  As for the jigsaw I don't know why it shouldn't be registered if u used the right spot on your page and entered the right code.
