2) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)
3) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)
4) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked
6) What Java you are using
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program

You get the idea the more information the better 

People will be able to help you if you do what they ask.

Well, I'm hoping that someone might be able to tell me if there is a problem with the download or not.  If others are able to download it and have it work for them, then I'll know that the problem is on my end and I can look into it.  If the problem is with the download, then the site owners will know and they can look into it.  Over 50 people read this thread and I got no response.  That why the bump.   ;)

I've downloaded the Hearts Assistant twice from BadgeHelp, but when ever I try to run it, I keep getting an error message that says:

Access to the specified device, path, or file is denied.
Anyone got any suggestions on if it's something I'm doing wrong or if the program is taking a vacation.   ???
