Are you using Vista, if so, you need to right click the installer and run as administrator.  Also you should get a pop up for most of the autos asking if you want a shortcut on desktop.

its not on the desktop and im not finding it in program files

Look under program files.  There is probably a file called "Badgehelp: there.  Your download may be there.  Check your desktop, too.

 help.gif help.gif help.gif I know this is silly and a lot of people ask but I can not figure out how to get the cheats to work, I hit download then a screen comes up asking if I want to run or save it.
