how long does it take to get the password after the email is sent in?   Thank you Arnie the program was not messed up I am the one that messed up when i bought it I didn't click the blue words and put in my authorization code so its my fault.

If the program is messed then delete shortcut and redownload program and reinstall.  If you need new password contact BH at replacecode@aol.com and provide your purchase receipt and they will give you a new password.
