I am having problems too, I was fine until I updated to the new version.  I had the 1st version and it ran great, but now nothing.  Please help.  my is doing the same thing, just puts the piece in a pile and then stops.  Please can I have the very 1st version back?

Used the auto last night it worked great..today i just want to do the game and pogo keeps freezing after 3 games and i have to shut down...pogo problem maybe?

hi cannot get it to work right it puts peices in bottom  then makes 4 piles and the mouse cursor is going back and fourth and one peice will move but nothing is going together on msn,32bit color,screen 1078x788 someone said to use 800x600 and i tried that with internet explorer but it still did not work ? help please

I can't get mine to work either. I had zero problems for 2 months, solved every puzzle, quick too. Now it freezes my computer, can't even get it to do the border.

im using windows xp sp1

32 bit
unchecked smooth edges
1024x768

I'm having trouble with jigsaw detector 3.2 it puts pieces 2gether but gets to a point where it moves the outside framed pieces and cant seem to finish the puzzle because when it goes to size up the pieces the frame is moved so it cant read the puzzle.i tried 2 stop it move the frame back but when i restart it it does nothing.
