Call your CC company and tell them you were charged for goods you didn't receive. ;)

We are in the UK and my hubby ordered some stuff (ok.. lol) he wanted baseball cap and  T-shirt which came to like $40 he ordered in October 04  and we have STILL not received anything - when we email (Nadia at Pogo) No response yet Credit Card has been debited for this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have complained on numerous occasions but POGO think they are GOD
Above the Law !!!! anyone got any ideas for my next move......?

pogo scams so much they dont want the hassal of any trying to tell them they r wrong so no email no phone number
