If you seldom reboot it, you might need to do a really good cookie removal cleaning to free up the space and delete unnecessary files. I reboot at least once a day.

Your motherboard is likely fried. If it is you will need to replace it or get another pc.

I rarely shut off my computer by I did last night due to a storm and this morning when I turned it on the black screen came up with  info on it and one said
CPU Fan not deteted what  does that mean? I took the unit apart and cleaned out dust a lot of it!  And I was able to see 2 fans and took a small vacuum to them and they are both turning and sound like they are running-but when I  turn it off and back on the same screen comes up.
