If you seldom reboot it, you might need to do a really good cookie removal cleaning to free up the space and delete unnecessary files. I reboot at least once a day.

Your motherboard is likely fried. If it is you will need to replace it or get another pc.

I rarely shut off my computer by I did last night due to a storm and this morning when I turned it on the black screen came up with  info on it and one said
