Not sure if it applies to all rounds, but it seems that if you use up your wild tiles the round before, you can just click on the empty spaces where they should be during the next round and get them all back immediately. Obviously it doesn't apply to the first round, and I think you can only get wild tiles that you earned and used in the previous round.

Not sure if it's new, but just discovered it for myself at least... ;)

EDIT:
WARNING! If you've just clicked on the empty spaces to get the wild tiles, DON'T CLICK IT AGAIN. This seems to cause it to freeze for me... maybe because it tries to supply me with 6 wild tile.s..?
