I saw her (them) in concert several times and while she has not been active for a while it would have been great to have had them do one last concert tour. I remember that they had the line "leaving on a jet plane" which was actually John Denver's but still made me laugh nowadays to think that we called aircraft "jet planes". RIP Mary.

BOSTON – Mary Travers, one-third of the popular 1960s folk trio Peter, Paul and Mary who were perhaps best known for their hit "Puff (The Magic Dragon)," died in a Connecticut hospital after battling leukemia for several years. She was 72.
