It seems to me that, if you're a Club Pogo member, you get 25K tokens.  If you're a free Pogo member, you get 10K.  That seems to be the way it has worked out with my several Pogo personas.

thanks mayhem for that info am trying to get to be a member of club pogo .via subway but the uk ones dont do the same as the usa ones

When I first posted the offer, I wasn't aware non-club members only received 10,000 tokens.

If you are a Club Pogo member, you will receive the 25,000 tokens.
