I wouldn't lower the firewall. :o The games can be played while using one. :D

If you have tried the pop-up blocker, and the anti-virus....have you tried lowering you firewall...
And if it is not loading correctly ...have you tried walking away for a few minutes to see what error message it gives you....also on that message it will give you so hints as to fixing the problem...

I was having the same problem...I just bought this new computer also.

OK.. I understand... New computer and no pogo...  How frustrating!

If nothing else has worked I'd check your security and privacy options.

Go to Tools and then check Internet options.  Make sure your security setting is at "medium" and your privacy at "medium high".

While you're on the privacy page see if the box is unchecked for "pop up blocker".

If that doesn't work, I'd see if you have another pop up blocker program that you dont know about...

Yes I do believe I have it downloaded, I downloaded it from the pogo site & followed the instructions & it said it was complete  :-[

Try going to the Pogo help section, it's #5 on the list. Try d/l Microsoft VM.

I have done that too, I  believe I have done just about every suggestion out there, but still not luck. I am not a very knowledgable person when I comes to programs and such for computers. I am just so frustrated right now I just got this computer it's a Sony Vaio and I think it is too complicated for me!  :-[

Try  going to "Tools" on Internet explorer and uncheck the pop up blocker setting.

If that works you can go back and set it to allow Pogo pop ups.

I tried holding the ctrl button down & still nothing happened. How long does it normally take to load...geezzz I will let it sit there for more than 15minutes with nothing!  Thanks for the help I really do appreciate it

When you first purchase club pogo if takes a little while for the games to load.  It does matter to if you have a Anti Virus that has a pop up blocker on.  At times I have to turn mine off to load a game and then turn it back on.  I hope this helps.

I am having a horrible time trying to get the pogo games to load. I just signed up as a club member & still have not played a single game. I have tried all the remove this and do this, download this...etc  I can not figure out why my games wont come up the starting game just stays there taunting me!!!    :'(
