you can not win badges until pogo officially releases them

you can't do more than one PC unless pogo lets you

I hear everyone saying how they're already done with the weeks badges like a week before they're out on pogo. How in the world do I do that? Also, is there a way that I can do more than 1 personal challenge a week?
