what are you having trouble with? 

I feel you on emailing badgehelp for answer, I to have been waiting on a response...still haven't received one.

I found my problem was my setting, it should be 1024 X 768 pixels.  If that helps any.  but a specific program u need help with, would give everyone clues to help you.

I was having trouble also but i went back and read. Put the specs here they ask for. I am not having trouble now. They will help you out but you have to give them specs also. Everyone on this site and badgehelp are really sweethearts. I have not had any trouble at all getting help.  O0

I sent you a personnal message there here, i did not loose my reg. code. im having tech problems with thunder popper. i have emailed every tech. address i found and read and re-read everything i could find and still cant get it to work, please read your messages and help. i'm at a loss here.  :-[  :-[

I have email til im blue in the face and read til my eyes hurt and still no good. i have posted here and email every tech i could to get some help with a problem with a program i paid for. Does anyone know what it takes to get a reply around here.  :-[
