The only way to do that Ira would be to log into their account and purchase the gems. That is if you would have access to their pw to do that. Other than that, no way.

Well what do you think gems are for?  You can only buy badges and mini items with them. LOL

Oh and apparently you can buy premium game tickets with gems if you are not a club member to play a particular game.

But to answer your question...no you can not gift gems to someone else.

I want to give a friend around 25 gems but I don't want to give him badges or mini items that cost gems.
