This recipe is easily doubled, tripled etc because it takes 1 of everything and it's easy because you mix it all right in the oven pan that you will be using.

1 - Cup long grain white rice
1 - Can Beef Consumme
1 - Soup Can of Water
1 - 12 Oz. Can of Mushroom Pieces (Undrained)
1 - tsp Salt
1 - Small Onion diced small (You can adjust the onion depending on taste. I usually don't use the whole onion)

Add all ingredients in oven safe pan....8x8 for single, 9x12 for double etc

Lay on top of mixture

1 - Stick Butter or Margarine

Bake in 350 Deg oven for 45 min to 1 hour or until firm.
