A password can not be issued without the registration code. If you need help finding your code see the link below.

You should send an email to [email protected] and give them the code that showed up when you were registering/paying for the game. Also, they will need the transaction number from your purchase.

Did you download the program and get your registration number?  Did you send the registration number to Badgehelp?  It's only about 9:30 am where Badgehelp is so they might be getting their morning coffee.  Email [email protected] if it doesn't come soon.
