Thanks for the response Homer. I did that..all that..exactly like that. Still waiting..Gonna give it a bit more time. The old popfu auto works well for me, so it's really not that big a deal.

I have sent my info for a new code for the update for Popfu. Pasted my paypal reciept and included my code and old registration number. When you guys get a chance please send me my new registration code...

I just sent them an email so that I could get a code for my laptop for an auto I already purchased.

Total turnaround time - 10 MINUTES.

I included the reg code on the game, my reciept number and who I was. Emailed them from the same email that my paypal account originally identified me as - and viola! not a single problem.

These guys work very hard, they are extremely good at what they do, and they go above and beyond to help out in situations where the normal person would get very frustrated and just go away. I'm sorry - I have never had a problem, and I know these guys don't play favorites. If you aren't getting what you need from them, there has to be a clitch in the system that you are using to contact them.

This is a sporadic thing for me, sometimes I get almost instant answers.  Then every once in a while, it will take several attempts to get the code.

I've never had longer than a 1 hour turnaround time. The last time I think it was less than 20 minutes before I got an email from Oscar... and that was Saturday night.

I purchased the entire package (back when it was $125) back in November and was told at the time that as my freeware time ran out, to email for the registration codes. The point of the email was to attempt to get my remaining registration codes rather than wait. So far, I've sent 3 emails in the past 6 days, not one of them has been responded to. Before you ask, yes, they are from the same email address that I purchased and paid for with paypal and yes in the last email, I included a copy of my paypal receipt.

I am having a bit of questions too. I emailed badgehelp@aol.com on the 8th and still haven't heard back from them. I had 2 questions, nothing major.  I dunno.....maybe its me.
