I can't imagine anyone being able to provide you with that information.  The ranks advance in percentage points, not balloons popped, so if someone actually did in fact count them, their information would only be valid for the level they were playing on.  Look at the other threads for Poppit (as there are many), and you will find lots of info on the percentages, etc...

Does anyone know where I can find the ranks for poppit and other non club pogo games? I would like to know how many balloons i need to pop to reach rank 10 for a badge. thanks.
