1. Make sure you have ALL windows updates

 help.gif when trying to use this program I received the following message. Can anyone make sense of this and program not working. Heres what it says,,,,,in a box it reads Dbtohqebxg ans also says
XEAccessViolation  still trying to figure this one out.  no-no.gif
