1. Make sure you have ALL windows updates
2. Run this program and fix any problems http://download.cnet.com/Advanced-SystemCare-Free/3000-2086_4-10407614.html
3. Defrag your pc
4. Reboot your pc

You should also do a complete scan with your AV software if this doesn't help you may need more RAM

My computer is running so slow. I have tried everything I know how to do. Can anyone give me some suggestions to try?
