you need to make sure you have the right auto and that you gave them the right code to allow them to send you the code to register it.

make sure there are no spaces...do not put spaces

the best way is to copy and paste the code into whompster

it only allows me to enter 9 nine digits including dashes

i downloaded the chaet and registered it and it came back with a 13 digit code and it will not work any sugestions. thanks dewddew
