ok i found where to check them...but when i click on them it says i cant read my messages now..it been doing that consistently..yet i have 6 new messages and cant read a one of them  :-[

When i logged on this morning i got a box up saying i had personal messages do i wish to view them now..i clicked yes..then it said there was an error..how do i check my messages?
