I activated the MnM badge yesterday to get just ONE gem of total luckiness and it took a long time.  I can't imagine 5.  Good luck to those going for it!

Just a FYI.  If you happen to activate the M&M badge for 5 genies, it is ACTUALLY for getting five of the gems of total luckiness.  Otto had to work a little OT to get this badge as it took quite a while.
