which looks to me like something in a password protected part of yahoo.  It's not something that's viewable to the public.

Well as I said, find an image you like, and then add an image tag...   

If you want to use the PogoCheats logo as your signature, you would type:
[ img] http://www.pogocheats.net/images/logo_sm.png [ /img]
just remember to remove the spaces in front of the "img"s and you have:


The image has to be online and viewable by the public.  You can use animated images if you want (such as the fire that you saw).

ive done that but i seen one signature with fire and i wanted to see how they do all the cool signatures instead of jsut the plain jane ones??????????

Scroll down to Signature, and type in whatever information you want it to show.

Also the image that you're using for your avatar is not valid.  Nobody but you can see it.  You can't link to images that are in your email.  It's best to use pictures that you've found through Google, or that you are hosting on a private website.
