yes just did a restore for a earlier time but still not working right keep tell me that setup has stop working.....

Are you talking about the BadgeHelp programs?  If so there is a sticky topic on how to fix that problem, I was the one to figure it out.

try doing a system restore to a time when you could install the programs

something changed on your pc which is preventing installation

i've try that but still doesn't work it tell me that setup has stop working....
