Dont forget the "space" between "tracert" and "www.pogo.com"
So it should look like this.

tracert www.pogo.com

im not sure if im posting this in the rite place or if anyone can even help me but i will give it a shot.  i aint got nothin to lose and the worse that can happen is, is that no one will be able to help me.

ok here goes. im getting a connection server lost error message and it has to do with TRACEROUTE.  if i cant post this addy please edit.  http//support.microsoft.com/kb/314868/EN-US/  talks about the problem im having, but doesnt really explain how to take care of it.  is there any programmers or any others that has a few minutes to explain to me what i need to do,  i would REALLY appreciate it tremendously.  :-\
