when i try to download rick there is a error , so i tryed on I.E and saves it to my desktop and it downloads then says open program but it still wont work

i got a new computer and i want to put my program on to my  new one if i delete 14 program from my old computer and use the same name that i use to buy the program can i do that or burn it to a disk  girls18.gif
