This one looks like the one that I still have.

"OS: Win 98/NT/ME/2000
Requirements: Win98 or newer w/ Internet Explorer 4.0 or newer
Whats new: Configurable Toolbar, New Status Bar, Improved Popup Killer"

"Smart Explorer is the fast, smart, and secure Internet browser. The software kills annoying pop-up ads and can disable web page multimedia objects like sounds and banner ads to use bandwidth more efficiency. Smart Explorer provides built-in direct connections to the top search engines and directories, so you can easily search using one or many - all at the same time. Speed up browsing time, use your monitor to its fullest potential, and clean up your desktop by viewing multiple web pages simultaneously within one window."

I looked a while back and all I found was a trial shareware and then a 19.95 charge after that..I went with the google browser for the extra double play browser..It works really well for me..I actually use it the most and use firefox for the second pogo name..I rarely use IE for anything..

Just did a google search and found several places that seemed to have it. What I found was a addon for Explorer and was shareware.
