1.Open Windows Mail by clicking the Start button , clicking All Programs, and then clicking Windows Mail.

2.Click the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Security tab.

3.Clear the Block images and other external content in HTML e‑mail check box, and then click OK.

homer or anyone who can help, i had todo a reinstall and i lost everything, now my question is i have windows mail and vista, when i open my email and i get an ad from like walmart, ebay, or any other i have these red x's and there is a bar at the top of the message saying click here to display images. now what i was wondering is how i can somehow disable the red x's so i can see all the email. i dont know if this is the right place to post this or not.. if not i am sorry..

anyone who can is appreciated.

Those settings are set as standard, and have been since i first started using autos going back to when i first joined.

I have 81 autos activated  Homer and these 4 are the only ones i am getting trouble with all the others play fine in any browser.

Normally you only get that error message if pogo made changes to the game and you don't have the latest versions of the programs or the pogo changes are so recent that BH may not be aware of them. What versions of each program are you using?

Hi Homer,

Thanks for the reply, i have tried IE, Firefox, and i still get the same problem with these 4 autos, they just will not play.

Have tried it in classic mode but it makes no difference. just keeps telling me it cannot find the games window and to start the game in my browser.

Really peeved with this as i have albums waiting to be finished, and i have paid for autos that do not work.

Hi Homer,
I am a 150 customer  and i am having trouble with 4 particular autos not working, all the others work fine, i have checked i have the latest versions which i do, i have contacted badge help on this matter twice now and not had a reply to either e-mail.

The autos i am having trouble with are Quack attack, keano for keno pop, nobody loses bingo, and the new cluedo cheat, all i seem to get is a box telling me they cannot find the game and to start them in my browser,

I did get a false positive for a trojan on these 4 autos from my av, i promptly got rid of the av redownloaded them but they still will not play, i dont have any trouble with my other autos at all.

I am really surprised at the lack of response from badge help as they are usually so prompt, so i am asking you for help as you have helped in the past and i know you will do what you can.

I am using xp pro ser pk 3  seamonkey browser.
