I have AOL, SPAM folder is the first place I go even when I'm not looking for something LOL

Just wondering, I put in a request for a replacement code on a cheat on the 12th and haven't heard anything yet.  Yes, I sent all the information asked for, receipt etc.  Don't want to bug any one too soon, but I don't want to be one of those who might have fallen through the cracks either.  thanks
