Hello everybody,

I`m new here and I`ve got a problem with using Pogo Gems. Hopefully somebody can help me. Everytime I try to get Pogo Gems this page is shown:

I wrote to the customer service a few month ago and they answered me that they had updated my account. But nothing changed. Maybe it`s because I live in Germany. But on the german page of Pogo members can buy Gems now. That`s new since last year. I`ve signed up on the US Pogo page a few years ago and couldn`t buy Gems in Germany. And now the German page offers Gems but I`m signed in on Pogo.COM .
I would like to buy albums. Please help me!  6_6.gif
