The Cricket Internet service is definitely the problem, so at the end of this month, I will be changing my service. I have to wait till then since I am paid up to June 5th. I purchased a new computer so I know that's what's causing all the problems. Thanks again everyone for all your help.

You are getting a FALSE POSITIVE from your A/V software. YOu need to turn it off while downloading and installing, and even tell it to trust the auto.

- April 22, 2011, 10:01:48 AMI do not have a problem with cheats shutting off but everytime I try to download the Phlinx cheat it gives me pc a malware and my pc won't let me download it. Any suggestions or anybody else having the same problem?

- April 21, 2011, 06:42:18 PMMy color quality is set to 32 bit and screen resolution is set to 1024 by 768 pixels, and still the same problem. I even updated my drivers...still nothing has changed. Next step for me is to switch my ISP, I really don't like having half nude mini's, lol. I never had any problems with this when I had Comcast, but they are really expensive, so I switched. Thanks again everyone for all the help and I will let you know after I switch my ISP, if this corrects this problem or not.

check your display color setting
1 Right-click an empty spot on your desktop. Scroll down and click "Properties" to launch the "Display Properties" window.
2 Click the "Settings" tab. You should see options for "Color Settings" and "Screen Resolution." Select "Highest (32 bit)" under "Color Settings." click ok

- April 21, 2011, 09:11:41 AMSounds like an ISP issue for sure, been there had that, and It's frustrating as heck when they tell you it's at your end. As for dial up, there was a day I loved that sound, and IE is really up to 9 now? Good luck, I hope you get it figured out.

- April 21, 2011, 06:34:28 AMWifi is not recommended for pogo games or auto use due to frequent service interruptions which of course affects both pogo and the auto. I do not recommend wifi or dialup because while they may be ok for surfing the internet they blow for gaming purposes. The color issue could be just about anything from your wifi not loading the game properly to a variety of issues with your pc (java, flash, graphics etc)
I tend to think your issues may be internet related due to the frequent service interruptions. You already updated your graphics card so I would move on to updating java and flash. If you still have issues then the wifi is probably the problem.
Autos are periodocally updated due to changes made by pogo so when you are having auto problems you need to delete the program and redownload from BH to make sure you have the current version and that usually fixes most problems

- April 21, 2011, 04:01:58 AMIt could be your ISP, I only use Cricket's Cell Phone Service. Also, Pogo has been switching over to FLASH on all of their games, so the autos have to be updated. When you DOWNLOAD & INSTALL the autos, make sure your AV is off also just in case, but get rid of the old auto before installing again. Also, I had alot of problems when I installed IE 9, got that in my updates so I uninstalled it and went back to 8 I think, and all is back to normal. I don't use IE for anything much anymore, but can't uninstall it completely as it came with the computer, lol. I use Safari all the time, much better then IE for me.

- April 20, 2011, 11:17:50 PMSome of my game cheats are shutting off right in the middle of the game and then I have to re-install them again, just to get them to run again??? What's going on??? Also some of the animations and colors don't work or look right...I even purchased a new graphics card thinking my old one was going out...still the same problem. I have all my settings set up correctly, my Java, flash player are up to date and I even re-installed Windows Xp, thinking this would correct the problem...NOTHING! I have tried all 3 of my browsers (Firefox, Chrome & the Internet explorer), I shut off my virus scanner whenever I use the cheats, again, still nothing seems to work. I even ran a diagnostic on my computer...it came out perfect. This has been going on for months now, can this perhaps be my Internet provider? I switched to Cricket just about the time this happened. Any help or suggestions to this aggravating problem would be greatly appreciated!
