I have never purchased them, but have about 115 right now. Have bought one premium album for 86 though. All of my gems have been made from surveys and completing some of the offers that give you free gems.

I have about 400.  My last purchase was for the 750 pkg.  I occasionally pick up a few gems with the surveys.  If you just got four gems, you must've done a survey or something.

You have to buy your own gems..They are not free and nobody gives them away usually..
