Make sure your e-mail client isn't filtering out their e-mails as spam. If you're on AOL, get a hotmail or Yahoo! account and e-mail them from that one, since AOL doesn't seem to like them. If you're not on AOL, just add their e-mail address to your "Allowed Senders" list. :)

The owners won't seem to answer me. I sent in my proof. I emailed several times.
I downloaded the new one and it's just a trial.
