Dang I could have gone for the remote help at one time... but HOPEFULLY I got the bugs out of my new computer...   Y'all do have my sympathy and I am sure the headaches increased with all the new windows 7 etc...   Just wondering... how do the programs work with Mac (no I have been through enough computer hell that I am happy that mine works and I don't want to iron out the bugs on another new computer at this time)  Just curious!

Here's part of the problem. You mention in a previous post about being a computer novice which is ok except for I can only assume at this point you probably need to do windows updates, update java and flash players. Do a full system scan with AV/malware programs dump cache, defrag etc. Then we need to make sure your pc is optimized based on the BH recommended settings, make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest updates from BH (updates are free there is no need to buy the 150 package again) and then test the programs to see if there are still any issues

I know you are reluctant to give me remote access to your pc and that's fine because you should be concerned anytime someone asks you to give them access to your pc but that really would be your simplest way to try and get a resolution to your problems. I'm estimating I could probably finish most of this in about 1-3 hours. The offer stands for the remote assistance. I won't try and force you to do it but I think if you asked in the forum about my trustworthiness (is that a word?) you would get an overwhelming response from our members.

One thing I should mention is that some of the programs are still being updated due to pogo converting the games from java to flash player which is causing alot of programming headaches for BH

If you do change your mind and decide to let me assist you remotely try to let me know by the end of tomorrow so I can set a time for you.

If you are using a laptop (my laptop is about a year old) I discovered that the autos will run if you go to display and change appearance to smaller.  Why I dont have a clue but that solved my problems with autos.

well  badge help   havent even bothered to reply to my emails   they never do.....  thats why i stopped  playing pogo. im a  cancer victim,  terminal,  pogo is the only thing that keeps me sane.....  most of them  freeze , tell me  that they cannot find the page.... when its up and running,    or work for a few mins then dont work again.....its frustrating ... sorry i sound abit hard. but i am not paying for all these again...... and thank you  for at least replying.  badge help never reply to me..... im a novice on the computer as it is....

sammysocks, I've not stopped by here for weeks, but my advice will always be to just hang in there. Was I surprised when the new whompster update still didn't work yesterday? No. Did I earn my badge with the older version, yes... just had to baby sit the program at times. My guess will always be that BH has has it's hands full trying to adapt not only to the new flash changes, but to also try to help with all the new games pogo is giving birth to these day.

You mentioned that you hadn't played for years, I'll not ask why, but if that's the case you also will remember a day when every program took care of your badge needs. Just hang in there, the 150 was the best purchase I ever made.

OS is operating system (Windows 7, XP)

There isn't much I can do for you if your just gonna tell me "they don't work" It's kinda like telling a doctor you are sick and not telling him your symptoms.

I need program/version numbers so I can make sure you are using the latest versions

Short of more info all I can do is direct you to the BH self help topics http://www.badgehelp.com/help.php

I could try to connect to your pc remotely but you would need to install a software package and agree to give me remote access to your desktop to try and troubleshoot any issues. I wouldn't be able to do this until sometime Sunday though.

You mention you haven't been on pogo for a few years so I'm not sure how old your pc is but that could be a factor as well in terms of compatibility

What browser are you using?  tried google chrome  tried  internet explorer  neither work
What program/version number are you using?    deleted all of them, and re enstalled them, contacted   badge help  cleared my  150    and   most no longer work,
What is the problem?  thats the problem hun

you also need to go to java.com and reinstall flash and adobe.com to reinstall flash player

not been on pogo for afew years  updated my cheats and find  half of them mo longer work for me.  ive sent lots of emails to  badge help and still havent got one reply to help.
and some of my original ones  on my 150 arent even there now.... dunno where they went to....
sorry if i am being a pain, but i need to know what  is going wrong with these games....
