 I guess to be 33 there's just a lot of old school rock that I've grown to love I mean an extensive amount going back to Rocky Mountain Way by Joe Walsh, the Eagles, etc... not too into modern day stuff very little.

I thought I would start a thread here about songs that pump you up. I know when I am working I like to listen to songs that get me pumped or if I'm working out....If you have music to workout to, post it here!

I just found this new group called 9Electric that does good workout songs. They just released a new one today called "Time Bomb"
