 girls18.gif  I can't get the 2nd level in act 4...anyone know what to tell me to do...it's the one  with the spool in the middle.    help.gif

I must have to play and earn the first two acts to get to the pop up that offers the paying acts. Thank you for your answer... it did help me.

This is how it works for me. I go to the game and if there are new Acts available it has a pop up telling me and asks if I want to purchase them. I also have never seen anything about gifting them to others, that probably can't be done, but I am sure Pogo will change it so they can get more money.
