I have Norton 360 and no problems. Just turn it off and download and install and make the BadgeHelp folder an exception when scanning.

I tried 5 times to up-grade the program with no luck  white flag.gif  I have Norton's internet security and it blocks it ever time. I've tried multipal times to restore the program from Quarantine with no luck. TriviaKnowItAll isn't the only program that this is happening to  sad.gif  Does anyone know a fix for this issue ? Thanks    coffee.gif
