Yeah, this is for the 1st day of the holiday countdown (not going to say advent calender), like last year.  Last year it started on Dec 1st, this year the 14th, hence the little 14 on the corner.  Non club member gets the free holiday expression that club members also gets (see Yoming's post), what a ripoff.

Here it is, you click on "Get Your Gift" and it takes you to the mini mall. You have to navigate to page 4 under "New Items" I think to find it.

To obtain this free background visit the Mini Mall and click on New Releases.
