Ive just checked my account and I got it on 21st March 2012.. Think it came out the 15th March and I was just slow off the mark  yawn.gif
Its void now, I think you had 2 weeks to claim it

I think I can remember one time they gave one away for free. A few times they were buy 1 get 1 free. It's been a while though.
