CC, I use windows 98 SE and I change my screen size all the time and don't have that problem.  Maybe it is your video card?  Sorry I can't tell you what to do.

We are working with 98/ME OS's right now to see if we can have a meeting of the minds. However, those OS's are coming to the bargaining table with no chips.
