What i am trying to say is do i use both jvm and sunjava together? some people complain that i lag and i have dsl. or is just jvm supposed to be checked? thanks :-\

Go to internet options under advanced, scroll down to Java, check Sun and java jit compiler to use sun java.  If you want to use VM , uncheck Sun and just leave the check in java jit.

I  am a little confused about jvm & sun  java should they all be checked or just use jvm or uncheck that & just use sun java thanks :)

I have the JIT compiler checked and none of the javas, also have the smooth edges fonts off (display-appearance-effects-uncheck smooth fonts). and have my screen on 1024x768 32 bit.  Hope this helps til one of the pros answers - maybe you can try it til then.   ;D

Hi.

I went to play a pogo game, it said cripes java corrupted. I deleted both javas and then downloaded both Sun and VM. I can't remember what needs to be checked or unchecked lol.  Tried different combinations but so far nothing works to make the auto work. BTW, I was trying out the new Thunderpopper.  Here are my stats:

XP
Browser IE (I also have Firefox)
1152x864
32bits
Fonts disabled

Right now nothing is check on Sun, or VM (not even the compliler)

Can you tell me what needs to be checked and unchecked PLEASE.  Your help is very much appreciated.  Thank you.
