Anyone tell me why some playing can go past their "timed out" without folding?  Also, I have played two games where the pot is the deciding winner and this last one, my opponent would not play, with 2 cards yet to be dealt.  The game stayed that way, without his playing (his turn to call or fold), then abruptly ended with him taking the pot, without have been dealt the last to cards.
