What is wit hmy Zip-Peaks Auto????

I just bought it to get my badge this week, and turned it on...

I sat and watched this thing completly go though all the cards without even trying to solve the game.

I mean, it had opportunity after Opportunity to get solve the hand, but it wouldn't...

WTF  is going on??? >:(
