Lexie, if you can show proof of purchase for the first Matchmaker v1 you purchased and send it to badgehelp they will help you out there.  Just email the information to www.badgehelp.com.  Hope this helps out.

hi all
can anyone help me i have matchmaker v1 and it runs well but i downloaded matchmaker3 but now tells me that the free time has expired and i need to purchase it. but i already have. any tips will be much appreciated
