Also, remember to start ThunderPopper BEFORE you load your game window, just let it sit behind the room while it is loading..Then when it is fully loaded it will reposition the window to the correct location then the "Start" "Move" and "Solve" buttons will be activated. O0

Thunderpopper does NOT work on my PC.  Badgehelp informed me that the program is not compatible with Microsoft Explorer 98.  Perhaps that is your problem.

Just a thought.

I have also noticed that another problem could be if u have it set on another Theme. You should set Auto back to the Classic theme in order to start working. I had that problem before. Hope it helps

Please make sure to give as much information as you can when you have technical problems.

Here are some things that will help:

1) Operating system (Windows 98, 200, ME, XP etc)
2) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)
3) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)
4) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked
6) What Java you are using
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program

You get the idea the more information the better

Thants pretty much the same message that I am getting. What do you have to do to get a response. There were posts put up way after mine and already gotten their help tips.
