My cheats keep coming up trial expired but i paid for the yearly subsription so i bought a new one and its not working either

Ok, this is from PlayBuddy :

First try restarting your computer and try again in Internet Explorer. If that doesn't do the trick, submit a bug report via the 'Help' menu as it's most likely one of the myriad of potential display/browser issues which I'll be able to provide a solution for upon seeing.

Chrome has issues with the BW cheats...They advise that yo use the torch browser now.

More info, please.  What cheats?  Have you contacted the maker of those cheats?  All cheats involved?  I have had problems with Chrome.  Try using IE.
