I don't know if it will work, but have you tried the double browser thing where you have one browser playing the game and the other one doing your work?  I know you can't minimize any game window while running an auto but maybe that can allow you to do your work while the auto plays the game.

How do I get the auto to play while minimized because i want to get tokens at work but it doesnt work minimized. Can soemone explain this to me?
