It's now available in the Mini Mall and costs 22 gems for Club Pogo members and 25 for non-members.

There is only 2,000 available. Just sort by "new releases" to find it easier.

i'll have to try to remember to check it out.  I hope it's for tokens.  They never have token items anymore in the L.E. mini section.
