At least the Sol Gar badge isn't time sensitive.  I'm just glad they're giving the game some attention.

I think it's just showing how many people are currently attempting to the load the game.

Funny it is under maintenance and we can't get in, but it shows people are playing, must be the Pogo Technicians, lol
